This time we are now in has been called “The Time of Trial on Earth,” “Judgement Day,” “Time of Great Purification,” “The End of this Creation,” “Quickening,” “End of Time as We Know It,” “The Shift of the Ages.”
Many peoples spoke of these last days of the Great Cycle, including the: Maya, Hopi, Egyptians, Kabbalists, Essenes, Qero elders of Peru, Navajo, Cherokee, Apache, Iroquois confederacy, Dogon Tribe, and Aborigines.
Highly advanced civilizations have been here before us, just to be destroyed by some great global catastrophy. But for each race that has died out another has taken its place with a selected few holding on to the memories and sacred knowledge of the past race. In our vanity we think we have discovered some of the great truths of science and technology.. but we are in fact just beginning to re-discover the wisdoms and technologies past races.

the mayans stoped a 22/12 2012 cause they didnt have anymore room at the calender.if you look at the mayan calender it has a bunch of stuff on it.

in Sanskrit the word “Maya” means “illusion” what if 2012 is a death of an illusion?
Obviously, the Mayans had to end their calendar somewhere, and this was obviously far enough to last them. Why have a calendar for 3023 on your wall, Einstein? Idiots. Nor do I have much more respect for Mayan science than our own - these were people who cut out the hearts and chopped off the heads of their neighbors to appease their gods, they also disemboweled their own children, also while still alive, and let them die slowly.

I am so looking forward to 2012, I plan to buy a very nice car off of some panicked rich guy in return for a few loafs of bread. Will the world end this december when my calender ends?

Mayans have 5 calendars. Each is about 7,500 years long and have events that are recorded. When one of these calendars comes to it’s end they celebrate. Simple! The mayan religion, by which form the foundations of these calendars, celebrates life itself rather than God. So a world without end is their belief which why they celebrate. Nothing happened to our ancestors, Nibiru doesn’t exist, a solar flare isn’t deadly and crop circles are made by 40 year old virgins. Grow up!
